Finance AnalystProvide financial support, guidance, and leadership to the Young Group Safety & Professional Communication's Program Management teams. High level responsibilities include financial analysis in budget, actuals and forecasting costs for programs, support of the planning and achievement of key contractual milestones, report and analyze P&L Forecasts, track and report product delivery anticipated dates vs contractual delivery dates, accounting transactions/journal entries, and/or financial metrics. Assess and quantify the business risks and opportunities associated with all of the above. The selected individual will need to quickly demonstrate an understanding of Revenue Recognition, P&L Forecasting, and be able to implement system process improvements. Core program finance responsibilities would include: becoming financial expert on program assignments, financial responsibility for revenue and cost forecasting, accounting, cost control, budgeting, various invoicing types (T&M and milestones), and contract administration. Individual would need to support new initiatives such as elevating risk and opportunity analysis and meeting business unit program cash flow targets. Provide financial analysis, support, and guidance to facilitate customer satisfaction, while maintaining cost and schedule controls in alignment w/profitability targets and be able to produce strong financial models to support business decisions. Qualifications: BS with 5 years of experience in financial analysis of complex manufacturing programs.
